About Azeem
Who I Am
Abdul Azeem Mohammed is a Scarborough resident, parent, community advocate, and education volunteer committed to building stronger schools and a brighter future for every student.
As a father whose children attend schools in the community, Azeem understands firsthand the hopes, concerns, and aspirations of local families. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and understands the value and influence of education creating a brighter, healthier future. Azeem has spent years contributing to education and community initiatives, including involvement with various TDSB School Councils (as member / Co Chair / Chair) beginning in 2010, before moving onto the TDSB Parent Involvement Advisory Committee (PIAC) these past four years.
Through these experiences, Azeem has listened to parents, students, educators, and community members and gained a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing our schools.
Now, it is time to take it to the next level, by applying the last 16 years of firsthand experience to the betterment of the greater community.
Abdul Azeem is running for TDSB Trustee in Ward 11 (Scarborough North & Scarborough Center) to bring his years of community involvement, practical experience, and commitment to families much like his own directly to the Board. His goal is simple: listen to our community, advocate for our students, support our schools, and turn years of involvement into meaningful, tangible action.
For our students. For our schools. For our community. For our future.
